How do you know when it’s time to grow?

Have these thoughts been trickling into your mind?

• It might be time for me to hire some help.
• I think it’s time to raise my prices.
• I have outgrown my workspace, but I am not sure what to do. Moving stinks.
• I feel overwhelmed, exhausted, tested and irritated!

Over the last several years, I have noticed that every time my business stops flowing in a natural and easy way, it means that I need to shift and grow.

If I try and ignore it or fight it, the uneasy crap just keeps showing up! The universe lets me know (in many ways!) that I better pay attention, step outside of my comfort zone and welcome the growth.

My lesson to share: When things are super easy, we are less motivated to grow!

I bet if you welcome this awareness, you will find it to be true.

When my life seems full of roadblocks and displeasure, I have learned to confidently put on my “business bravery” hat, because this is what helps me reclaim calmness and abundance in my world.

If you’re feeling overworked, overwhelmed, frazzled or underpaid, it just might be because you’re supposed to grow. It’s probably “your” time to step up and play a little bigger in your biz.

Evaluate where you are feeling stressed out or resentful, and ask yourself, “what would it take to make this go away?”

Abracadabra!

There it is… this is where you most likely need to focus more time and/or effort. I bet if you find support (or tackle the challenge) in the area that is causing you discomfort, you will witness the magic of growth and abundance in your world.
