I know I’m technically on a podcasting break while I work on a big project that I’m rolling out early next year, but I just finished up an incredible interview in my Facebook group, The Beauty & Success Launchpad, that I simply could not wait to share with you. I was joined in one of my recent online training sessions by Alexis Murphy, one of the people who has participated in these sessions and is living proof of the benefits of the program. At one point, just before we met last year, Alexis was still juggling three corporate spa jobs and working seven days a week. Now, a year later, she runs her own business and has gotten herself and her husband completely out of debt — all while working just part-time.
Alexis and I had a great discussion about how to be seen by the right clients in the right places and what changed in her business as soon as she joined the Beauty Biz Club. She also shares her favorite parts of the Beauty Biz Club and how to create cash injections into our beauty businesses.
Listen in to this episode to learn what we should be paying attention to right now as estheticians, how to use power placements to your advantage, and why it truly pays to invest in yourself.
