If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase of the Rock Star Rituals Journal please contact us by email to lc@beautybizclub.com within 30 days of receipt of shipment for a full refund or credit towards any other service or product minus any shipping fees.
* Please note: Any item purchased at a sale price is a final sale. There is a no return policy on sale items.
Refunds will be made in the same form of currency used for the purchase minus any shipping fees. For example, if the item was purchased with a credit card, you will be issued a credit to that same card.
Items must be returned in their original condition; meaning they must be unused and sent back in original box. We understand the product must unwrapped to view the product, we only ask that you do not remove, photocopy or write on any pages of the system as it will not be eligible for return if used or damaged in any way. We advise that you send the parcel fully insured to the full value of the goods. We also advise you ensure the items are well packaged as you are responsible for any damage that occurs while the goods are in transit.

Although we take into consideration, we do not know the level of your skills, your background, or other circumstances that determine who you are and your situation. Any number of factors could cause you to not succeed, or cause you to far exceed what others have reported. While any earnings stated or implied are actual results from our clients, we cannot guaranty you will experience the same.
Coaching Session Return Policy
We have made every effort to accurately describe the esthetician coaching strategy session to you, including its potential benefits to you and your business. However, many factors beyond my control will determine your success. Any business venture involves risk and I cannot guarantee what your own results will be. Please understand that your payment for a coaching session is non-refundable. If you do decide to cancel, we will happily credit the money paid toward another coaching strategy session, a product or a course of your choosing.
