157 Solocast – PTSD

As beauty professionals, we tend to work a lot on the outside. Today I want to focus on the inside and talk about your happiness, your energy, and your level of passion and positivity. I have suffered from PTSD in the past and I see it happening to people right now. While it is true that many of us are starting to see business get back to normal, we are at the same time experiencing a completely new set of stressors. In this episode, I talk about ways you can recognize and label any negative feelings you may be experiencing. I also talk about ways to begin the healing process.

Listen in to find out how we can all benefit from some more structure in our lives and what the Reverse Cinderella Story is.
