What a whirlwind!

I’m just catching my breath after returning from The Esthetician Success Live Class in Phoenix, AZ. I cannot begin to express what an amazing time I had with my fellow beauty biz practitioners!

Many of you had written to tell me you just couldn’t make it this year so I thought I would share some insider scoop and give you a heads up that I filmed a video during the event for you. It’s not the whole thing but it’s good!

1. Energy is contagious

   So much positive energy was flowing in that room and it created something magical. Truly, you could actually feel the room buzzing.

   Being around like-minded success-seeking people allowed the attendees to gain clarity surrounding vision and goals and develop a newfound confidence to step forward and make changes – changes that many had been putting off forever.

2. A support system is essential

   We are hungry for community and support and we thrive when we find a place to fill this void.Finding a success community will create change in your life and help you find success far more quickly that you would going at it alone.

   I can’t believe how many attendees have already emailed me saying that they are “on it” and working on their to-do lists with excitement and inspired action.

3. We are evolving as Estheticians!

   There is a shift that is taking place and we as beauty biz practitioners are starting to position ourselves as the PROFESSIONALS that we are and this is a POWERFUL force to be reckoned with.

4. We are creating boundaries… and it feels amazing!

   Business Boundaries are being created, implemented and enforced and it’s creating a massive reduction in no-shows, late-runners and last minute cancelations.

   This is all about having the tools and systems in place to simply ask that your clients respect you and your time just as you respect theirs.

   Many of us agree if we stick together and move forward and implement these policies we will create a success movement across the industry.

5. Business Bravery is where the hidden fortune is and we claim this by stepping out of our comfort zone.

   If we want to grow, we must invest in education, training and support systems that give us the courage to build the beauty biz of our dreams.
