I’m NOT saying that being a successful profit-generating beauty biz practitioner requires working more time, being crazy busy and feeling like you are going to collapse at the end of the day.

I AM saying that it’s about investing your time and energy into only what you love to do and learning how to delegate the tasks that do not speak to your skin-care-loving soul.

Once you realize that time is your biggest asset, and you start to manage it properly, you will instantly see better results in your life.

Here are 3 Tips To Successful Time Management:

1. Focus on your profitable passions
   Your profitable passions are the things that you feel blessed to do every day and sometimes you have to stop and pinch yourself because you can’t believe people pay you to do what you love!
   Devote more time to these things and you will see that you will be rewarded in a way that makes you see, feel and bask in abundance.

2. Delegate!
   Remove the things that deplete your energy and delegate them to someone who enjoys them.
   Example: Bookkeeping! I now pay someone to do this for me and it has removed hours of overwhelm and frustration from my life. My bookkeeper loves what she does and is always calling me with ideas on how I can save money. I also just hired a housekeeper for my LA apartment. I struggled with, “do I need to splurge on this” and came to the reality that it is the dollar equivalent of 1 spray tan, and it allows me more time to create marketing content for my biz, which I LOVE doing!

3. Journal!
   Journaling is such a powerful time management tool. Studies show that if we write it down we are up to 10 times more likely to make it happen. Journaling gives focus and clarity surrounding what we need to do, and I find this makes me much more effective. One of my all-time favorite time management tools is my Rock Star Rituals Success Journal, which I created to help me create systems and remove overwhelm from my crazy busy schedule.

4. Focus on Effectiveness
   

   Efficiency is doing things right; effectiveness is doing the right things. – Peter Drucker
